If convicted of malice murder, Lewis could face life in prison or the death penalty. Lewis was indicted for two counts of malice murder, two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities are still searching for the two other men named in the indictment, Reginald Oakley, 31, of Baltimore and Joseph Sweeting, 34, of Miami.
